His Hands Food Cupboard is a food bank ministry of The Worship Center @ Brighton dedicated to fighting hunger in our community. This ministry originated in November of 2002. His Hands has offers food boxes to over 120 families per week!

PURPOSE-- We offer food boxes which may include, but are not limited to: Cereal, snacks, baking goods, boxed meals, pasta/rice, canned tomato item, canned meal, beverage, canned beans, vegetables, fruit, meat as well as bread, produce and dairy when available. A typical family of four can expect to receive 25-30 pounds of food per visit, with a limit of two visits per month.

ELIGABILITY-- To be eligible for assistance you must present a genuine need, show a photo ID with proof of residency (utility bill or rent receipt accepted) in the zip codes of 80601, 80602, 80603, 80640, or have a student enrolled in the Brighton 27J School District.

LOCATION -- We are located at 99 N. 1st Ave, Brighton, CO 80601. From Hwy 85 take the Bridge St. exit North one block. Turn Left on Strong St. We are located just 1/2 block on your Left.

HOURS -- We are open on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 11:00am - 2:00pm.

HOW? -- We are able to offer this outreach to so many families through the generous outpour of local businesses, the City of Brighton, local churches and the resourcing that is available through food warehouses and granting programs.

 VOLUNTEERS – We are always looking for volunteers to help in all capacities of this ministry including; food pick-ups, stocking, food box distribution, food drives and outreaches at various days/times throughout the year.
